We’re back, baby!

After a little hiatus, Connection Club is back and ready to reignite your business with fresh energy, meaningful connections, and inspiring content.

Join us for our seasonal women’s-only networking meet-up designed for female business owners who want to connect, collaborate, and thrive. This gathering is all about building genuine local connections, sharing skills in a supportive space, and starting your week feeling motivated and inspired.

Hosted by Mindy and Michelle, Connection Club was born from years of running solo businesses and building a strong community of like-minded women who truly support one another. We believe in finding your fellow 'hype girls', the women who shout your name when opportunities come up.

Whether you’re new to the area, restarting in Lancaster, or simply looking to expand your network, you’re all invited.

What to expect

• A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere

• 3–5 professional natural-light headshots to refresh your brand and content

• A short, practical workshop on showing up confidently on social media led by Mindy on how to show up as yourself on social media, covering how to talk to camera with confidence, how to create relaxed photo and video content in your own home or workspace, and when using your own imagery is more than enough versus when professional images really matter.

• Guided, relaxed and fun networking with prompts, ideas, and inspiration to support you making connections.

• Cake and healthy snacks and unlimited hot drinks throughout

The setting

Our meet-ups take place in the countryside, just 15 minutes from Lancaster, with views across salt marshes, woodland, and water. Think cosy, rustic spaces designed to help you step out of your usual work environment and reconnect.

A women’s-only event open to all walks of life. Come with an open mind, a willingness to connect, and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
