Eden Communities 'The Big Lunch' // A Butterfly Effect Gathering 🦋

This summer we're joining millions of neighbours across the UK for The Big Lunch, the Eden Project Communities' annual celebration of friendship, food and the small acts that make a place feel like home. We're so excited that our corner of the coast will soon be home to Eden Project Morecambe, and there's no better way to welcome what's coming than gathering around our long table at Patty's Barn with a home-cooked meal, with ingredients grown in our edible garden, sourced locally, or rescued from garden gluts and anything that needs using up. It's relaxed, friendly and open to everyone and will follow a similar format to our existing community supper series as part of our Butterfly Effect CIC.

Tickets:

Pay What You Feel (suggested £15, all money is used to buy ingredients and sustain the suppers)

Community Ticket – Free (for anyone who needs it, no questions asked, you can select this at check out)

Limited spaces – book your place and come hungry and if you have any food growing or garden glut you'd like to share please get in touch with us before hand and let us know and we'd love to incorporate this into the menu.

Want to help out?  We would absolutely love to hear from you if you'd be interested in supporting the delivery of these community suppers, anything from helping to serve food, wash up, or prepare and cook food, to helping us wash up. • Children are welcome and well behaved dogs on leads are also welcome

• We operate a small contactless drinks bar so if you'd like to purchase a drink while you're here or we don't mind if you BYO

• We close sign ups the day before to help us prepare the right amount of food, however if you're a last minute booking we may be able to squeeze you in so please contact hello@landandsealancaster.com 

• Due to the nature of this event being focussed on community building and home cooking we do not have the resources to cater for dietary requirements, we can happily offer a vegetarian option and this must be specified in the form at check out.
