Mark Mashiter, a local live-fire cooking expert, will introduce you to the art of fire and share a variety of traditional and modern fire cooking techniques and some tasty food to get stuck into throughout the day.

  • Wood-Fired Ovens & Pizza: Discover the secrets to making perfect pizzas, bread, and more in a wood-fired oven.

  • Wood Ember Roasting/Smoking: Explore off-set style cooking and smoking to add depth and complexity to your meals.
