What's it all about
Connection Club was born out of the bits we wished existed when we were starting out, somewhere genuinely warm, where networking didn't feel like networking, and where the women you met actually showed up for you afterwards.
We're Michelle and Mindy, and we've spent years running solo businesses (Land + Sea Lancaster and Mindy Coe Photography). Along the way we've built a community of like-minded women who lift each other up, and we wanted to bottle that feeling and share it.
Each season we host a morning at Patty's Barn, a chance to step out of your usual workspace, learn something practical for your business, get a selection of brand-new headshots taken by Mindy, and leave with a handful of women who'll shout your name when opportunities come up.
That's it. That's the club.
What's Included
What you get with your ticket
Every Connection Club is built around the things we know matter when you're growing a small business:
3–5 natural-light headshots taken on the day by Mindy, yours to keep and use across your website, LinkedIn, socials, you name it.
Professional headshots
A short, hands-on session led by a guest expert, something you can actually use in your business. Past topics have ranged from Instagram reels to brand storytelling.
A practical workshop
No business-card scramble. We give you prompts and structure and create space in throughout the morning so the conversations actually go somewhere.
Real, guided networking
Snacks made fresh, plus unlimited tea and our fave, Atkinsons coffee all morning.
Lovely food and drinks
Patty's Barn, 15 minutes from Lancaster, surrounded by salt marsh, woodland, and water. Cosy, rustic, and good for the soul.
